For most of my life, I lived with:
đź’” Chronic anxiety and depression that weighed me down.
đź’” IBS issues for over 30 years, which left me feeling like my body was constantly working against me.
đź’” Weight-loss resistance that made me feel trapped in cycles of shame.
💔 Unrelenting allergies and inflammation that I couldn’t seem to escape.
💔 A sense of disconnection and self-abandonment I didn’t know how to fix.
And beneath it all, I carried an invisible backpack full of trauma.
My Own Journey Through Trauma & Healing

I’ve experienced firsthand the impact of unresolved trauma.
- I grew up in a home where silence spoke louder than words.
- I carried family secrets that weren’t mine to keep.
- I lost my mother to ovarian cancer at 26, leaving so many conversations unspoken.
- I’ve lived through infidelity, separation, and heartbreak.
- I’ve battled shame, self-abandonment, and deep cycles of burnout.
- I’ve felt the weight of trauma manifest in my body—chronic stress, inflammation, gut issues, and complete emotional exhaustion.
And yet… I hid it well.
I’ve also lived in many places, trying to “find myself”—from the streets of NYC and LA to the beaches of Sydney, the mountains of West Virginia, and even a stint in Milan. Each new city was a fresh start, but I couldn’t escape the truth:
No matter where I went, my unhealed trauma followed me.
On the outside, I was "doing everything right"—hustling, achieving, working out, eating clean, even traveling.
But inside? I was dysregulated, disconnected, and drowning in cycles I couldn’t see.
Until everything cracked open.
In 2014, I found myself alone in a foreign country, broke, and completely lost. The only place I had left to turn? A seven-day silent meditation retreat.
Then in 2015, I spent five months living in a tent at an Ashram, learning the science of Yoga.Â
I finally saw that the nervous system holds the key to all healing.
From that moment forward, I dedicated my life to understanding the mind-body connection, studying trauma, boundaries, and nervous system regulation—so that no one else had to feel as lost as I once did.
 What I Do Now & How I Help YouÂ
I’m not here to give you more “just think positive” affirmations.
I’m not here to tell you to “just relax” when your body is screaming otherwise.
And I’m definitely not here to tell you that healing is a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m here to help you:
