We’ve got it all backwards
We've got it all backwards...
I don't know about you but I grew up thinking these three things were VERY important:
1. Your IQ (Intelligence)
2. Training your physical body
3. Increasing your lifespan
Don't get me wrong, I still believe they are important. But, NOW I believe more than ever in their opposites
So much so that I'm convinced it could save the world!! Yes I said it, save the world!
So what exactly are the opposites?
1. Your EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
2. Training your brain
3. Increasing your healthspan
But don't take my word for it, I'll let the professionals give you all the research and scientific proof
I’ll share with you, three experts in the field and their book + a podcast.
They all share the same one belief and that is, no matter your age, background or level of education ANYTHING is possible!
