For three incredible years, Katie & Suzie hosted a monthly Women’s Wellness Retreat. We believe you have all the answers inside of yourself to create the changes and/or the life you desire but finding the time and quiet space was the challenge..
That’s why we created this retreat.
Located at the breathtaking Pullenvale Temple Retreat. Only 25 minutes outside the Brisbane CBD. Here, you will truly have the opportunity to slow down, pay attention and listen inward. Surrounded by nature and serenity. In this one-day retreat, you will use movement, powerful questions, meditation and discussion to consider new possibilities and perspectives.
Suzie & Katie are both very passionate about wellbeing and the power of the mind. They offer a safe, calm & caring environment. A yummy vegetarian lunch will be provided by Brisbane’s original @botanicarealfood
