5 Ways to Keep it Simple

When in doubt…K.I.S.S. it OUT!

The first acronym I ever learned was K.I.S.S and it will forever be the most important, most relevant one to ever remember  - Keep.It.Simple.Silly
(as a kid I used stupid instead of silly). You might of heard the latest version
Simplify to Amplify. If you want to live a life with more ease, joy, happiness, peace, (insert any positive adjective here) the key is in Simplicity. So here are 5 things I do everyday to keep my life simple and sane!

Inspired by the book - "Destination Simple"

  1. Single Tasking

    • One thing at a time

    • Practice Mindfulness

  2. Digital Detox 

    • Unplug from technology

    • 1-2 times a day / 15-30 minutes each time

    • It’s great if you can do this when you wake / before bed

  3. Brain Dump

    • Write whatever is in your head down

    • Handwritten for 1-5 minutes

  4. To Do's

    • Make lists and have top 3 priority

  5. The Appreciation Game

    • Find the value, quality and significance in things
