Stop apologising, Start thanking

The words we say out loud are extremely powerful. They not only shape the way our brain gets wired, but it affects our mood, our relationships and ultimately shapes the quality of our life. Don't believe me, just start listening....

Instead of saying "I'm sorry" replace with "Thank you!"

Other helpful replacements:
Instead of staying "I SHOULD" say "I WILL"
Instead of saying "I FORGOT" say "I REMEMBERED"
AND MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE: Instead of saying "I HAVE TO" say "I GET TO"

Every time I catch myself saying "Ugh I have to go to the store to pick up xxxx" No, no Katie,
"You GET to go to the store and pick out whatever you want."
Everything we do with a breath is a privilege, keep finding ways to remind yourself of this truth!

Let's all inspire to be like Joey and stop apologising for being human and start being humanely grateful (and always keep fun and laughter high on your priorities!)
